中卷洗淨切成圈狀,把中卷川燙約半分鐘撈出備用。
起油鍋,炒香蒜碎、甜椒絲、薑絲,加入中卷、蔥段、少許醬油、醋,大火炒約2分鐘。
起鍋前可加點太白粉水勾芡即可。
